Woodfall Greens

We have been staying here for almost 4 years. We "loved" living here so far. I say "loved" because we will be moving out soon from this place. The main reason is the neighbors. Some makes loud noise in the quiet hours, we saw someone peeing in the parking lot too! Some of them are very rude for no reason. You can not reason with them. One guy straight threatened me just because I politely told him he was parking in the spot which I cleaned in the morning after a snow storm before going to get some grocery. We pulled up to the same spot at the same time and he hurriedly backed into that spot even though there were plenty spot available (not cleaned) around there. I parked in one of those and just said to him being a friendly neighbor. I was not asking him to pull out of the spot or anything. He just didn’t have it and asked me to get back inside for my own good. I can't believe such people who cannot take a friendly gesture stays here. There were issues with one of the staff members before who was very rude and threatened my wife for just asking her to check if there were any mail deliveries left in the office. The maintenance staffs are nice, the previous manager Carlye was great though. Did not meet the new manager yet, hope they will look into what is happening around. It’s a Bozzuto community but it is just by name.

Thanks to Michelle in Janitorial Services my move-in day at Woodfall Greens went much smoother than expected! Michelle definitely made my day! Torrea Rose, leasing agent, was also very helpful in assisting me with my application, taking room measurements, touring the property, and answering all of my questions! Woodfall Greens is a nice community with lovely apartments and an excellent location! My apartment is quiet and has more amenities than expected. I'm very satisfied! I recommend Woodfall Greens!

Me and my family just moved in, and it's been 2 months now. So far, everything is nice, but my big complaint is how LOUD the neighbors are. I get it..its an apartment, but jeez, do they have to play their music that LOUD! Even after "quiet" hours, they play the music really LOUD! I want to stay here longer than a year because of staff and management, but the LOUD music just takes my peace away from this place. I mean, it's common sense to lower your music and be mindful of your neighbors. As of right now, i really can't recommend this place to anybody. Great community, staff, and management is amazing, but this LOUD music from neighbors, im sorry if you like your peace and quiet. I would not recommend this place. If you dont mind it, then this would be a place for you.

Stopped by today 12/20 to take a tour we thought. Someone has to let you in we didn't know that's a good thing, We were greeted by a Very short black young girl with long braids Extra Glossed lips with a Nasty attitude "Do you Have an appointment" I asked Do we need one? The look of you interrupted me checking social media look on her face was enough for me and my husband to look else where very Nasty But Thanks for the heads up with what we could be dealing with if rented calling the leasing office. As I understand you want an appointment to show the place she turned us off completely!.

What a beautiful concept. Easily accessible from several main thoroughfares, Woodfall Green is a beautiful home space and silhouette in a newly renovated space. I love that it’s surrounded by so many stores and shopping and priced right. Definitely a great plan and space to live and love in. I love the many amenities, floor plans, and designs. That the staff is facilitating only adds to the package. Highly recommended.

For the 2nd time, that I'm aware of, in 9 months someone tried to steal my car. They were successful the first time. Both times they were of no help because their cameras didn't get the plates of the cars the thieves were driving. Makes no sence to me that they refuse to have cameras that capture who's coming and going out of their community and parking lots, especially since it's not secured and open to the public. I'm not the only person who's had their car stolen, almost stolen, or vanvalized so they are well aware of the issue and they obviously don't care to spend the money to fix the problem. Don't move here if you have a somewhat nice car. Not to mention that the fire in the main building happened over 3 months ago and some of the amenities we pay for STILL aren't open yet. Maybe they should lower our rent since we are paying for stuff we can't use.....
